The hand knotted rugs are crafted from the finest New Zealand wool or soft, Indian, virgin wool. The use of high quality wool enables the crafting team to imbue their designs with a wholly natural look that endures over time as this high-end material provides excellent durability. The work on these rugs is all carried out by hand. Skills are learned over many years as apprentices are nurtured and develop their trade. The hand-tufted rug making takes some time to master. We provide guarantees that all workers producing rugs for sale on our website are adults. No child labour is involved in the creation of any items sold at Capital Rugs.
