All our rugs online qualify for free delivery to the Mainland UK* simple and easy with no promo code needed! The estimated delivery time is within 3-5 working days. All UK orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our courier will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address. 

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Rugs dispatched to the remote Scottish regions, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight incur a charge of £25.



We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if something doesn’t quite work for you then don’t worry we will happily offer you a refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation that came into force in June 2014, you have the right to cancel and return your goods for any reason, so long as written notification is provided within days of receiving the goods. In addition, the goods must be returned within 14 days of notification received from Capital Rugs, that the goods should be returned. We recommend you contact us first by telephone and then provide written confirmation of your desire to return by email. We will not accept or refund returns where no notification is given within the 14 days period.

It is your responsibility to return the goods with a courier of your choice and to cover the cost of this return. This also ensures that you will be insured against any transit damage that occurs in the delivery of the goods back to Capital Rugs, and if transit damage does occur, you will be able to make a claim for the value of the goods from the courier you used.

Items can only be returned to us in their original condition and original brand packaging and only new, unused items will be considered for return. Please let us know if you would like to arrange for a returns and we can provide you with the warehouse details. Please package your returns well ensuring your item will not be damaged in transit. Please include your name, order number and address with your returns so that we can identify the package.

Once we have received your unwanted item, it will go through quality check and we will then email you within 48 hours to confirm your request. Refunds can only be issued via the original payment made and can take up to 7 days from completion of quality check to be processed.

Please Note: We cannot issue refunds or credit notes on items returned to us after 14 days.
